51 SCM drive stepping motor circuits and program design

Here to introduce with 51 SCM drive stepping motor of the method.
This KuanBu into motor driving voltage of the 12 V, step Angle was 7.5 degrees. A circle 360 degrees, need 48 pulse finish!

The stepping motor has six of the lead, rankings are as follows: 1: red, 2: red, 3: orange, 4: brown, 5: yellow, 6: black.
The driver of the method ULN2003 51 driver.
ULN2003 driver directly in the single-chip microcomputer system 5 V voltage, may torque is not very big, you can increase by driving voltage to 12 V.

Siliconray:Free Power Supply PCB For JLH Amplifier


As we know the JLH class-A amplifier is very sensitivity to the power supply ripples. Even tens of thousands uf capacitors is not enough to provide a "clean" enough power supply. Noticable hums could be heard with 10000uf capacitors according to the DIYer's report.
This capacitance multipler is designed by a nice Australia audio amateur, Alan Cooker. He told us it's proven to be very useful with our free JLH PCB. So we designed a PCB for testing, the result is very positive. Before using this power board, there's lot of hums could be heard even 50cm away from the speaker (with 20000uf power cap). But there's no noticable hum even when the ear is only 10cm away with this power board.
We decided to make more boards and offers them to the DIYers for free.

Hitachi H48C Tri-Axis Accelerometer Module
The Hitachi H48C Tri-Axis Accelerometer is an integrated module that can sense gravitational force of ±3g on three axes (X, Y, and Z). The module contains an onboard regulator to provide 3.3-volt power to the H48C, analog signal conditioning, and an MCP3204 (four channel, 12-bit) analog-to-digital converter to read the H48C voltage outputs. All components are mounted on a 0.7 by 0.8 inch module. Acquiring measurements from the module is simplified through a synchronous serial interface. With the BASIC Stamp series, for example, this is easily handled with the SHIFTOUT and SHIFTIN commands.
We do not recommend using this module with a breadboard. The design has fairly short pins with components on both the top and bottom of the module. A permanent mounting location on a through-hole board like the Parallax Super Carrier Board is the only mounting solution we support for the Hitachi H48C Tri-Axis Accelerometer.

Tube amplifier assembly step by step instruction

Step 1: Assembly installation
1、  Ease protective film of amplifier shell off carefully.


1、  Cut hole of power transformer.
2、  Install tube socket.

3、  Install transformer and choke.
Note: two out-put transformers and choke share with four holes. The end of one out-put transformer installs hole1; two out-put transformer share with hole2; the end of choke installs hole3; the other end of choke and the other out-put transformer share with hole4.




4、  Install electric outlet, out-put outlet, signal in-put outlet, potentiometer and switch.

Step 2: solder circuit.
1、  Solder power supply.
After soldering, test whether output of power transformer is correct.
Please note plugging 5Z4P tube.
