In what wireless transmitting modules? Suitable for 51 single-chip microcomputer control, and is the transmission distance in 30 M or so, beyond the best

I have the following advice:
(1) NRF24L01 module
Advantages: easy to use, the price is cheap
Disadvantages: not stable, the transmission distance general (signal good time should be able to more than 30 m)

(2) CC2430 Zigbee device
Advantages: stability, mature, the transmission distance than the former
Faults: prices high, use a little more complex
Another point, it is worth noting, this device has built-in 51 controller, so that no additional 51 SCM.
(3) serial wifi module
Have SPI and UART two kinds
Advantages: very stable, the transmission distance great, application scope
Weakness: the price is high, the agreement complex
Serial wifi module can be directly by single-chip microcomputer control, common built-in hardware protocol stack
